extradition to Lichtenstein

Zurück zur Länderliste

Extradition from Germany to Lichtenstein is possible; the procedure is governed by the European Convention on Extradition of 13 December 1957, although the reservations and declarations made by Germany regarding Articles 6, 21, 23 and 27 of the Convention must be observed. Extradition for fiscal offences does not take place.

Before extradition to Lichtenstein, it is already possible to order provisional arrest for extradition if extradition to Lichtenstein does not appear inadmissible from the outset in the specific case.
