extradition to the British Virgin Islands

Zurück zur Länderliste

The extradition from Germany to the British Virgin Islands is still based on the German-British extradition treaty of 14 May 1872 (RGBl. 1872 p. 229) in the version of the German-British agreement of 23 February 1960 on the extradition of fugitives (BGBl. 1960 II p. 219).

Provisional arrest for extradition is only possible if extradition to the British Virgin Islands is not excluded from the outset due to the specific circumstances.
